Reinaldo Gonzalez started in real estate the way most people do — with a license, a lot of drive, and no shortage of things to learn. What he did not expect was how completely this profession would shape his thinking about leadership, service, and the responsibility that comes with helping people make the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Over more than two decades, he has been involved in more than 3,000 transactions representing over one billion dollars in real estate sales — across residential, commercial, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. That volume represents the enormous trust that clients, agents, and partners have placed in him. He does not take that lightly.

Today, Reinaldo leads InvesTeam Realty as its Broker-Owner — actively involved in the brokerage, available to agents, and still personally handling complex transactions that require a senior hand. He has trained hundreds of real estate professionals, published books on sales psychology and leadership, and built a brokerage culture where agents are developed, not just recruited.

InvesTeam Realty was founded with a specific purpose: to build a brokerage that takes both its clients and its agents seriously.
